Flour & Crumb Bakehouse ("we") is a Georgia cottage bakery. This policy explains what we collect when you use flourncrumb.com, order from us, or join our list, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), what you ordered, your pickup choice, and any note you add.
• Payment: payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and is never stored by us.
• List signups: your first name, email and/or mobile number, and your consent choices.
• Rewards: if you join our rewards program, your points balance is linked to your mobile number.
• Basic site data: your browser may store your bag and checkout details on your own device so they are there when you come back.

How we use it

To prepare and hand off your order, contact you about it, send receipts, run our rewards program, and, only if you asked for them, send bake alerts. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the bakery for us: Square (orders, payments, customer records), our messaging and email provider (to send the texts and emails you agreed to), and our website host. They may use it only to provide those services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages.

Text messages

We send text messages only to people who check a box agreeing to receive them on our website: the bake alert signup or the order updates box at checkout.

• Order updates: your order confirmation, pickup reminders, and the pickup location or address for your order.
• Bake alerts (only if you join the list): when the weekly drop opens and occasional specials.
• Frequency: varies. Usually 1 to 4 messages a week.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and tracking

Our site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser stores your bag and checkout details locally on your own device so they are there when you come back; you can clear them anytime in your browser settings. When you pay, Square's secure payment form may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.

How we protect your information

Our site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Card details are entered into Square's secure, PCI-compliant payment form and never touch our servers. Order and customer records are kept in password-protected accounts with Square and our messaging provider, and only Gabrielle has access. We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing us. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email, and STOP ends texts.

Children

Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
